Sunday. There I was, enjoying the near 70's temperature, when I had this concatenation of circumstances. It was warm, the DoKa had fresh paint on the inside that would water your eyes with the fumes, and I hadn’t blown out the engine for a few weeks. So off I went, 'round the beltway to D. Doughnuts to get rid of several pounds of small change. BUGGER, it was closed for renovation, no coffee. So back 'round the beltway to Subway- it was after 11:00am, so no coffee. BUGGER BUGGER. So 'round I go again to 7-11, and YES, they did have coffee and a doughnut; and now they had a small pile of coins and I had the coffee. As I said, it was a nice day. ed- 91 DoKa, in NVA |
