I went and played as high as nationals in highschool and regionals In college for ultimate frisbee. 
I've since helped build two disc golf courses and have found it to be a nice way to walk through the woods with a beer in hand and a goal in mind. Far more relaxing than my days of training and throwing myself horizontally into the dirt to chase a plastic circle. 

A bag of disks with five beers in it is always a joyous day.
