Craftsman tools are sold at Kmart as well but that is now a branch of Sears, I believe.

I now see Craftsman branded tools at Costco and now others mention Ace. And I think I have seen Craftsman tools other places?  The big question to me is the lifetime warranty still in effect on such tools sold at other retailers?
