Once you figure out where to put it, you still have to get a fuse with the proper mi/mph rating...

But seriously folks, I have worked on three malfunctioning instrument clusters recently. All suffered from corrosion (not visible) at the big connector and at the terminals of the fuel and temperature gauges and clock. Looked fine, but non-conductive.
