I've got a pair of the heavy duty jobbers (from BD, I'm pretty certain) but I found that still needed a PVC strut lock thingie* to keep the hatch and bike in the air.** * Stupid Vanagon Trick: 3/4" PVC pipe cut to 8", rides the strut as you lift the hatch, then locks into place. ** Not responsible for bent and twisted struts if/when stupid Vanagon owner attempts to force the hatch back down using brute strength before freeing strut lock thingie first.
