Yeah, they just pull off. I like to get at them with a pair of bent longnose pliers, and then arrange them across the dash in order so they go back on without figuring out the positions for them. You can get a thin blade under the face of the panel and gently pry. You don't want to break the press-fit plastic pegs in the opposing corners. Replace the bulb. Then, putting them back together, slide the face over the levers without pushing it into place. Slip the knobs over the levers as they should be, then press the face into the two holes and, finally, push the levers all the way home.
