How much work can be done on the climate control cables without pulling the dash? I kinked my heater control cable and haven't replaced it since I figured you'd have to pull the dash to do so.

What about the mechanism that houses all the climate control sliders? Can that be removed / repaired somehow?

Thanks in advance - Luke
