Laura - thanks for giving us the first offer! I personally don't need anything from the vehicle. with such a huge demand for Westies, I can't tell you what to do with it but, I wish you many, many miles in the replacement upgrade [?] . drive happy        =( : D)                       mike ________________________________ From: Laura Olson <laurafromdecorah@GOOGLEMAIL.COM> To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Sent: Friday, November 16, 2012 1:39 PM Subject: '82 Westy innards Anyone out there in the Midwest want any part of my old 1982 Westy?  I am nearing the point where it will be towed away for salvage.  Automatic transmission is toast.  I am located in the northeast corner of Iowa-Decorah.  It has been setting at the repair shop for more than a year.  It has been replaced with a newer Westy Vanagon.  Sniff, sniff, 12 years on the road, somewhat faithfully.  I must say good-bye before the snow flies. Laura from Decorah
