Thanks Loren. Been meaning to get an updated MSST since my latest copy is from 2010. Maps (iOS5 NOT 6) from Google and Google Maps on the iPhone is very good and the TomTom GPS works fine as well. But I like planning out a journey with MSST in advance and being able to re-route. TomTom, when hooked up to the 'puter isn't as flexible in the planning stage. -- Jim Thompson 84 GL 1.9 "Gloria" 84 Westfalia 2.1 "Ole Putt" 72 411 Station Wagon "Pug" 75 914 1.8 "Nancy" Full Timing From March 1999 To January 2012 oldvolkshome@gmail.com http://www.oldvolkshome.com Find me on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/people/Jim-Thompson/100000710343835 *********************************** On Thu, Nov 22, 2012 at 7:52 AM, Loren Busch <starwagen@gmail.com> wrote: > Microsoft Black Friday deals has a very good price on Microsoft Streets & > Trips > < > http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msstore/pd/Streets--Trips-2013/productID.251272900/categoryID.57613400/list.true >> > I only post this because in the past when we got to talking about GPS and > such S&T always gets discussed. |
