I like to think I can take credit for that, at least Vanagon alloys, anyway. I painted a set black back in 2006 and folks went crazy over them, no one would even realize they were just plain ol' Vanagon alloys until they took a closer look. Most would ask if they were off a Mercedes. I miss those wheels, and the van they were attached to as well!
