I hear you, but the $175 is prohivited at this time...so I have to find a temporary solution until then.

10Cent answered my Samba posting and mentioned that JB weld does not adhere well to the Nylon this fitting is made off.

I actualy did try to do this, but the outside temps where below 40*F. so it did not cure or seal at all. at this time I have a screw in place of that nipple and a bolt/hose clamp on the hose going to the cross tubing over the engine...

I just dont think that is going to hold for too long...

Anyone else with a thought would be welcome!
