Dunno I guess I misunderstood you when you said you thought the low coolant indication from the coolant level indicator 'could be indicating a genuine low coolant level'.....I was reading from that that sometimes you maybe got 'un-genuine' low coolant indications from that indicator. Sorry. Me, I've seen that blinking light on my vanagon....and the coolant level was fine ..But I won't go into that because I have my own method that makes no sense to some here and makes perfect sense to me.
