Use a Post-It note near the odo? "Rotate at 97k"? On the vehicles I drive year-round, I have snow tires, and rotation is just a matter of keeping track of what goes where the next time I swap. If you live in the snow belt and drive year around, there's really no reason not to have snow tires. It's a one-time cost for rims, and summer/winter tires last twice as long, so the cost for tires is a wash. The bus only gets driven in the summer, so I just rotate in the spring as part of the normal prep work. |
