all MV code 2.1 engines are the same , ( exhaust is different if in a Syncro Van ) since both have manual transmission you'll be fine ..both engines will have the right lower engine mounting studs (they're shorter on engines that go with an auto trans, 'normal one's < sightly longer > go with manual transmission. ) I should slide right in. Somehow I always find things that need attention though- either to the new engine or the van while the engine is out. scott
