Perhaps a connection came undone in some way while you had the stuff apart? But, I hope the above might help me. I have related earlier intermittent starting problem, primarily when it rains. I am in the process of tracing out wires and trying to clean up and tighten connections. But, a faulty ignition switch could contribute to starting problems even if they are intermittent.
