Coming out of my doctors office yesterday I saw, parked right next to me, a '65 or '66 Plymouth Belvedere. Not a Concourse car but in very good shape considering, paint a little oxidized but otherwise straight. And obviously a driver. It probably had a 225 Slant Six in it and those engines run forever. As I pulled out I had to smile, it still had the license plate frame from the dealer, Goodfellow Chrysler Plymouth, now long gone. I worked there in sales for most of a year in 1968, one of the last of the truly honest family owned dealerships in the North West. I hope the gentleman or lady driving that Belvedere gets many more miles out of it.
