Did you 'read the manual' ... ? they might mention 'turn key to on position.' Bentley.

which I know you figured out by nowanyway. Almost all cars are this way .. because ......if the lock assembly would come off without it being unlocked.. that would sure make it easier to steel cars. Duh.
