maybe that switch is made 'too cheaply'. Best use of your time might be to just buy a better one. "Idle Control Unit' ....I probably would have known you meant the electronic box behind the right tail light.. just never saw anyone call it an ICU. is it fixed yet ? ( van or switch or both )
