Yes, I've never opened the heater box on my young 91. Fan does squeal at times and occasionally I get a hint of "ode de antifreeze". Been this way for two years. Hoping to get this one last winter out of it as it is just too cold to work on it.

Yep. We''ve gotten by just fine for the past 3 seasons with shots of Tri-Flo applied through the K-hole, AKA Mullendore Port.
