Well, since every Vanagon ever sold came with one, I would guess that he means the window sticker that lists all of the options, estimated MPG and vehicle price. The sticker is so well known in the automotive world that it is responsible for the term "sticker price" as in "only a sucker pays the full sticker price".

I have never seen a "Westphalia" sticker (which is a region in Germany) though, only Westfalia. Are you just messin' with people Scott?

I have the original window sticker from my '85 Westfalia and will contact the OP.
