Off the top of my head .....

The ECU grounds to the body fairly close to the ECU. Just follow the brown wire from the connector.

A brown wire (for O2) connects to the engine block just forward and slightly left of the distributor. Alternatively, this same wire may be located at the oil breather tower base (or so I've read)

As I think you've discovered already, there should be a second ground point near where the braided strap connects to the engine bay metal.

There is a ground strap between the drive train and frame at the forward end of the transmission. If you replace that strap or remove the bolt to clean things up, make sure you remove the paint back to metal where strap connects to frame. Also clean where it connects to the transmission bracket.

If you have a Bentley, there is a list of all the grounds at the beginning of your model year wiring diagram.
