Sorry for being a day early but I did help give away a house for Christmas. I sold the house first on Christmas Day. Once the accounts are settled, the remaining funds are being donated to a local church. Net will be more than $400K. (RVC) another agent offered this agent the price of a Syncro Westy to skew the offers in his favor. "Incentive" declined. Then another agent offered the price of a Vanagon and was castigated.
