I bought the LED bulb kit from Go Westy and installed them. Here are some pics. http://tinyurl.com/br8ht9u BTW these LEDs are dimmable. I haven't taken any before/after pics of the heater/fan controls, since I didn't have ANY lights there before the LEDs. I can't power up the Syncro yet, since I have exposed wires from my fire.

one suggestion, try making your own led version. It is not superbright (again due to the beam pattern nature of the led) but it does work.
