That's pretty standard that a weak head gasket would start to drip this time of year. The cold makes it worse.

I've run plenty of vanagons with heads that dripped in the winter, but didn't the other seasons. Just keep an eye on it and especially if you're planning an upgrade.... consider just what the engine is really worth once it's all said and done (likely not much), and assess the risk accordingly (likely not much).
