Not sure aluma seal is so good for the radiator. You might have an over heating problem in the summer. If you plan on replacing the radiator when you do the engine change I would give it a try.

Marc, I would just add some aluma seal to the coolant and it will make the
slight drips go away for a year or so. These rubber head gaskets like to
seep when it is cold. As long as it is just a hanging drop or a drip or
two on the ground on a cold morning I wouldn't worry about it and the
sealant will seal it back up tight again.

Ditto what Ken recommended. Aluma Seal or Bars. I've used both. Follow the
instructions and proceed down the road with confidence. Great results!
