I think that if you're driving in area that may need tire chains a very good investment is a set of 4 really good winter tires. Let the tire "treads" begin.

Dennis, And I still can't type on this Windows 8 Phone! ________________________________ From: Lisa Bloch<mailto:lab@RYNTH.ORG> Sent: ‎12/‎31/‎2012 11:57 AM To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM<mailto:vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> Subject: What Goes Where

I took possession of my first vanagon earlier this month. It's my daily driver, so priority went to identifying and fixing any driveability problems.

I think we're good for now, so I'm turning my attention to the camper part of the van. My mechanic has already chastised me for putting the tire chain bag on the driver's side of the under-bench compartment. So, I thought a little survey would be nice.

what do you put where?
