Jamie, I have no wisdom on replacing the sink, but believe changing out the original faucet for the Shurflo faucet is one of the best mods we have made to the van. See: http://www.shurflo.com/rv-products/rv-accessories/rv-faucets/default.html I found a gray one on the Internet but a quick search only found white ones a few minutes ago. Thus you may need or prefer the white one (94-009-10). There are plenty of posts in the archives about making a spacer to go under it. I used the advice of getting two wall protectors and spray painted them (one above and one below the sink).
