Update: After the sun came up and it got warm, I got out my favorite tool (not) my electrical tester...I did first take out my propane tank...a 6 gallon one that lives, well vented to the outside, under the sink....and blew back into the vent hole for the regulator. Maybe that will help the stove.

Then I discovered that the plug itself...a Sirrius proprietary item with some electrical circuits built in....that had a broken plastic inside, allowing one of the ground prongs to contact the fuse at the end that gets the juice.... So the fuse in the plug was shorting(without blowing!) and causing the fuse in my panel to blow....After some 'fiddley' McGuiver work with some cut up yohgurt cup plastic and some electrical tape, I 'repaired' the sirrius plug....since the nearest sizeable town is a couple of hours away and Sat. radios are Old tech anyhow, probably NLA in Hip California.....

Then, I had to trace down the power source for my Extra Digi-Key power point, the one I installed when I added the coach battery to power my extra inside stuff....It wasn't the inline fuse that blew to that one, it was the fuse in my extra power panel behind the drivers seat.....So all these fuses, they do work properly....all I have to do is re-remember where everything is, then I'm good.

My older non-restored van, it has plenty of 'ventilation' around the door and window seals....I am not too worried about becoming anoxic from my coffee cooking, though I do NOT just light the stove and go to bed, or anything stupid....

Here's one for all you westie campers out there....How many of you have closed the stove lid, after turning the burners "off".....but really turning them down to the German Low setting where the flame is really low and almost invisible in sunlight? I have done that, I admit to it....
