Craig, actually the power window circuit has a circuit breaker which looks like a silver fuse that is above the main fuse panel. Take a flashlight and look up there and you will see it along with the fuse for the power door locks if you have that. Remove this silver breaker and test it with an ohm meter for continuity. It should reset itself but it might have gone completely bad. If the breaker has continuity then it is OK and you have another problem. Check for power at the socket too just to be sure you are getting power to it.

Let me know if I can help you troubleshoot it further. Do you have a wiring diagram? There is one in the Bentley manual.
