I spied some large ID shrink wrap today at my FLAPS. I also read through the Pico catalogue. (online here): http://www.picowiring.com/catalog.html I also just saw this: http://www.picocanada.com/en/product/921.php Maybe the larger blade Jetta relays are rated at a higher current than the WBX 53 relays? I also see the amp rating and how that may generally apply to a given two circuit (NO, NC) relay. Helpful. Pico has a one piece 2 position relay socket, but wire gauge is too small. I've ordered some locking type push on female terminals. This is also cool: http://www.picocanada.com/en/product/9901.php And these (waterproof relay and socket): http://www.picocanada.com/en/product/928.php Since the Pico 5 pin relays are 40-30 Amp with suppression resistor, and can be secured, I bet I could use those to replace the Jetta OEM power supply and fuel pump relays. I should measure how much current is drawn through the power supply relay first. I see a new DMM in my future (current on only handles up to 10 Amps) Neil.
