thanks Stephen. I unplugged and replugged the under sink connector. It seemed clean, no corrosion, and of course, it does not have a "reset" feature. But, now the faucet works. Should have done that when we were camping. Instead, we used water from the five gallon containers we always take when we are apt not to be in a developed campground with piped water. We weren't this time (secret spot and all), but it worked out so far as water is concerned. Of course, we used spring water for coffee, tea, and washing up, as always.

Oh, for those who commented and/or queried me about the Arbuckles. This is a small range of hills midway between Oklahoma City and Dallas. They are some very old hills, with conglomerate, gneiss, schist, dolomite, and other formations ranging from Permian age back all the way to around 2B years. Beautifully clear spring fed streams, some mineral, some warm, some freshwater and cold, abound throughout. A couple of interesting old towns within the hills were spas back in the day when people thought that soaking in poison mud and such made one healthier.

An excellent public park in the hills (called in Oklahoma the Arbuckle Mountains, though no elevations exceed 1200 feet) is the Chickasaw National Recreation Area (formerly Platte National Park). There are good campgrounds within the park, though I have access to private land nearby that suits my purposes better. Fall through spring is the best time for visiting, since in summer hoards descend on the park for swimming in the clear, cool streams. Nearby Sulphur, OK is historically interesting, as it was one of the old spa towns back in the day. The Chickasaw Indians sold this park to the U.S., probably because the tribe was losing money operating hotels and campgrounds for those visitors who preferred a more rustic spa attendance, in the early 20th century.
