I would look for wires pullled off the back of the fuse box. it's not hard to do sometimes. I can imagine a wire pulled off a spade connector and then touching the wrong thing.

your owners manual says which fuses are for which circuits. and it's there in Bentley too, just much harder to see....tracing all those wires. Doesn't sound like a fuse problem particularly.. but a wire or two pulled off the top side of the fuse box ...o that could do some weirdness .. same for grounds .. check those real carefully. that starground thing above the fuse box to the left .. up in there . often the spade connectors there are loose or corroded. ..all important grounds.

Since removing the dash in my 84 Westy to replace my front blower, I am bedeviled by this lighting/wiring issue. When the headlights are off, the turn signals and hazard light behave as usual. When I turn on headlight to the middle parking position the turn signals flash twice as fast as usual. When I turn the headlights on all the way, the turn signals don't work at all and the high beam indicator on the dash won't go off when toggling the high beams. I think I must have unplugged something by accident or pulled something loose, but I'll be darned if I can figure out what it is. I tried to trace wires following the Bentley, but quickly gave up. I can't even find a diagram that indicates which fuse is for what. Can anyone help? Thanks, Brian 84 Westy 'The Ark'
