When I was selling Vanagons in the 80's, the Sales Trainer who traveled for VW gave us an exhaustive demonstration of the Westfalias. One of the things he proudly showed us was how the closet mirrored door was designed to be removed and be placed in the over-the-sink long tray (above the window), to be used as a vanity mirror. I use it there often for shaving and other beautification activities! Mike
