OK, some good discussions about routing and chafing protection. Anybody got some idea on time interval between replacement of fuel injector hose? I mean I replaced my original factory ones at 20 years old (that was 6 years and 60,000 miles ago)....I'm thinking I'm good for at least 10 years on replacement hose given that I used proper clamps and routing and chafing protection. Uncertain how much ethanol and stuff is in my San Diego gasoline and effect on rubber. Other opinions or knowledge on recommended change interval for hoses? Rich San diego |
