I really like to see covering on fuel hoses, likewaterboxer engines use. It's likely this expensive extra strong fuel hose will not get rubbed though by those rubber-protected clamps .. and it still looks like a bit of weight/pressure on that one spot on each hose to me.

I just 'feel better' with a protective cover over fuel hoses myself.
