An excellent 'app' is Excel Spreadsheets.. U can keep track of endless things .. highlight areas in color, add up numbers ....very, very handy. I do one for every major project .. the Repair Operations, the Parts, the 'things not addressed yet.' etc.

You can add and erase or re-organize all day long on them . It can go on a flash drive too .
