The first thing I would do is to cut off the end where it goes onto the reservoir and re-clamp it. You might have to was it down with brake cleaner to see if you've actually affected the leak.

That hose is pretty trivial to replace. The other hoses, with specialized connectors, are not so much.

If you need anything concerning replacements, I have good used ones.

Also, check the limit switch (to wires going into it on the pump). I had one leaking out the top once, and it made a real mess of my hatch cover in a short time.
