I could just be blow by from the rings being worn out at that milage it would not be uncommon. Have you done a compression test or leak down test on it? That would be the next step as a leak down test would show if you had a compression leak into the crankcase. At that high of miles I would switch back to dino oil and also 20/50. It should help slow the leak, but if there is blow by it won't stop it.
