I think with these Vans and especially the campers. The pricing has really switched from what we know they are worth to what someone will pay them. Like Jeff said, depending on condition and time of year the prices go up or down. If yo uare buying a fully restored, painted, undercarriage replaced, wheels suspension, new engine, mint condition I do not think a high price is too much to ask. But I agree with you, some pricing on some sites makes me laugh with a rust bucket going for 10K. I recently just picked up a westy in great condition...84...Not running currently but i have 1.9L to put in it. Picked it up for 2500. I am happy with that.
