Yes!

I got something similar from my non dealer parts vendor. Fixed up my ECT and hall sockets real good!

This is how I learn. Heh. Kidding. But I am painfully aware that leaving the relay "floating freestyle" (not secured to a proper socket) did not help. But I agree; that joint was doomed. And, why would the manufacturer use a PCB? The newer 109 relay is like these:
