Subject: Microwave install in rear upper AC cabinet area on Westy
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

http://www.pbase.com/spacecommander/microwave The AC unit was pretty worthless so I threw it out and installed a microwave. Pictures show progress so far - the cabinet mid is done - you lose about 2" of headroom where it goes in. A secure latch system will be designed and installed to keep the door from flying open in case of an accident. This picture folder will get updated as the install gets completed. A flat plastic piece will slip above the microwave and extend out when in use to prevent hot steam from impinging directly on to the headliner. Pictures aren't captioned yet - the microwave is about 1/4" below the roof to allow for this and the running of some wires.
