They are just a press fit with easily breakable plastic tabs. Tap gently around them with a rubber mallet and work them off evenly. Tabs weaken and break after 20 years, and I got new ones from Van Café: http://www.van-cafe.com/home/van/page_701_610/center_cap_for_alloy_wheels.ht ml Not cheap, but what are you going to do. Lucky someone has them.

Anyone know how to remove the little silver center caps from a 14in alloy wheel. I only have two good ones left so I don't want to break this one.
