yes. those [used to be] ceramic fuse bodies can crack and still function, intermittently. they can also malfunction while intact if the metal strip doesn't seat on the terminals in the fuse block. the plastic bodies can warp from heat and lose their `set' also. very easily overlooked when trouble shooting.        h t h            mike

This is a distant memory from my VW Bug days, but can the older style
ceramic fuse crack (not conduct) but still look ok?
