Hi all.


I'm repairing a 3 way crack at upper corner of this part, but
regarding these fine cracks at bottom front of rack, image:

a. is a repair to these needed? I don't see evidence of this on outer
side of rack.


b. is there enough clearance between the bottom of the rack and roof
for a layer of fiberglass?


Type A questions, but enquiring minds need to know.   :)
