Yes, the same mastic used all over the top where there are penetrations. I prefer dum-dum to caulk in so much as it is easier to handle (doesn't get all over things) and it seems to remain soft and sealing.

There are bits of mastic under the extrusions where the extrusions go over the raised sections of the roof. Fills in the imperfect match of the extrusion curve.
