I have seen quite a few where people have cut out the factory original and replaced with a 3.5" speaker. I think a number of companies do this size incl pioneer, infinity and I think Polk but can remember. If you use thesamba there are a couple if threads about this swap. I have not tried it (yet) but its on the list (which if you look up the def for infinite in the dictionary it mentions the number of jobs you want to do on your bus!)
