I was going to add that I made a step protector out of a piece of scrap
aluminum angle a few months back. Took me about ten minutes and looks like
it took three minutes. Yours on the other hand probably took a couple of
hours work, but looks like it's worth ten hours. I think I'll go out and
remove mine now, and just pretend it never happened. :)
