I have had one of these for 3 years and we love it. We've baked bread, homemade pizza and a even chicken pot pie while camping. There is no thermostat for the oven so the user must keep a close eye on the oven temps while baking but with a little trial and error it is very doable in moderate weather. The colder the outdoor temps, the harder it becomes to get the oven above 350 degrees. We wrapped the entire unit in a blanket while baking pizza for the pot luck with the Wet Westies at Deception Pass last January. This helped immensely but I doubt we'll try that again as our pot luck contribution became hot dessert around the campfire. It was incredibly cold (for Washington) and no one seem to object to having something warm to hold but... The oven will make toast! The top burners work well but they are not nearly as powerful as my single burner Coleman propane stove. I carry both when we camp in a group so we have a separate and faster option for boiling water to wash dishes and such.
The newest version from Costco comes with a padded carry bag which is one thing we wish we had. Andrew
