Mark, thanks for writing this up and .... For those who joined Mark for this trip, you 'scored' big by having him showing you what he's discovered, over the years, about traveling the Baja. Having someone leading who knows where things are, how things can be done, etc...You probably saved a whole lot of stress. As you discovered, Baja isn't the US, though Ensenada looks much like Stockton...grin. It takes a few trips to get things wired and to find the best places to stay, to change money, to get visas, etc. And Mark deserves kudos for making the trip happen. I am sure it was a lot of effort for him to do the organizing. Baja is one of our favorite places, and a Vanagon might be the perfect vehicle to take on a trip like you all just did.. Don Hanson
