I had one of GoWesty's in there for awhile. Then I decided to take a different approach:

That's an Interstate SRM-29 under the sink. GoWesty recommended that model and showed me a similar installation they did.

I drilled one large hole for the cables through the kitchen cabinet into the box under the driver's seat, which I use as a wiring closet.

I drilled four smaller holes into the box to secure the bracket, which I made out of angles and bolts from Home Depot.

The strap goes from that bracket to a U bolt through the floor of the van near the sink drain. I cut down the shelf to let the battery sit on the bottom of the sink cabinet:

The wiring closet is a bit of a mess, but it's nice to have lots of room for the fuse and ground blocks, ammeter shunt, charger wiring, and so on:
